Diabet Assist is a nutritional shake powder with soya protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals. It is mixed with water and taken as part of a balanced daily diet.

How to use
Add 7 scoops (50g) of Diabet Assist powder to 250–300ml water, shake well and drink.
Tips: avoid late-night snacking, and you can add Solsulin Fibre (1 scoop 30 minutes before lunch and dinner). For extra energy during the day, take another serving as needed.
