How much is delivery in South Africa?
Courier delivery for parcels up to 5 kg is R130 in Gauteng and R140 everywhere else in South Africa, cities included. Rural areas aren’t covered. Prefer a Pudo locker? Order on WhatsApp and Gen arranges it, from R80 for parcels up to 2 kg. Your order goes out once your payment reflects.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Yes. To Australia, the UK, New Zealand and Ireland it’s R1,200 for a parcel up to 450 g. For bigger orders or other countries, Gen sends a personal quote. Many families abroad order together to share the shipping.
