Do I need to have used SlimU before?
No. This pack is made for first-time clients. Gen guides every first-time SlimU client personally, so she’ll be in touch to get you started.

How do I order and pay?
Order right here on the website, or on WhatsApp at 084 330 0005. On the website you can pay by card at checkout, or by EFT. The banking details are on your invoice.

How much is delivery in South Africa?
Courier delivery for parcels up to 5 kg is R130 in Gauteng and R140 everywhere else in South Africa, cities included. Rural areas aren’t covered. Prefer a Pudo locker? Order on WhatsApp and Gen arranges it, from R80 for parcels up to 2 kg. Your order goes out once your payment reflects.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Yes. To Australia, the UK, New Zealand and Ireland it’s R1,200 for a parcel up to 450 g. For bigger orders or other countries, Gen sends a personal quote. Many families abroad order together to share the shipping.
