Our products and your health
Our products are natural supplements and body-care products. They are not medicines. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and results are different for every person.
Please speak to your doctor before using any supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take chronic medication, or have allergies, including nut allergies. Always follow the directions on the label, and keep products out of reach of children.
Prices and payment
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Delivery is added at checkout. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before we send anything, and you may cancel for a full refund.
You can pay by EFT (the banking details are on your invoice) or, where it is offered at checkout, by debit or credit card through Yoco. Card payments are processed securely by Yoco. We never see or store your card number.
Your order is confirmed once your payment reflects in our account.
Delivery
- South Africa, by courier, parcels up to 5 kg: R130 in Gauteng and R140 everywhere else, cities included. Rural areas are not covered.
- Pudo locker: order on WhatsApp and we arrange it, from R80 for parcels up to 2 kg.
- Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Ireland: R1,200 for a parcel up to 450 g. For bigger orders or other countries, we send you a personal quote.
We send your order once your payment reflects. Courier times depend on where you live, so ask us on WhatsApp if you need an estimate. For orders outside South Africa, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes and import rules in your country.

The law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing in them takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
